Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — contact form submissions, email correspondence, and information shared during consultation calls. We do not use third-party analytics that track individual users.
How we use it
Information is used solely to respond to inquiries and deliver services. We do not sell, rent, or share client information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the contracted service.
Retention
Client data related to active engagements is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months. Contact inquiries that do not result in an engagement are retained for 90 days and then deleted.
